Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The Army prepared me to pay attention to details which has proven to critical in the restaurant business. The requirements of the State and City departments such as development and health are pretty stringent, so down to the finest detail of cleaning helped me to be in compliance with codes. The military training also helped with discipline and punctuality as well as the ability to provide customer service and leadership.
