Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Coming into the Army, I had severe social skill issues from lack of social interaction. My parents were overzealous religiously, and "protected me from this corrupt world" by not allowing me to be exposed to it. While in the Army, I interacted with people, formed some great relationships, learned to perform well under the most stressful conditions, and also acquired critical management skills. These have helped me tremendously with my personal & professional goals, and now my new business.
