Steve served 12 Years in the MN Army National Guard, based out of Moorhead Minnesota, and spent 2 years deployed to Iraq.

Leadership and calmness! The military has taught me to be a good leader (I think anyways!), and it has taught me to be cool under pressure. When things come up, they are much easier to deal with a cool head, and that helps a lot dealing with the different situations that come up in a high demand / short operating window / type of service business that I have in the snow removal industry.
