Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Through my military career I think the biggest learning advantage was all the types of soldiers, from different areas, different backgrounds, and finding the best and most productive was to lead them. In the civilian world I see employers that are quick to give up on their people. I the military that isn't really an option. We learn their strengths and how we can best use those strengths to benefit the team.
